Terms of use
Version of 22 September 2026.
This is a translation. The French version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
What Verdict is
Verdict is an entertainment service. It reads a conversation you give it and returns a scored opinion on how invested each person is. It is not medical advice, not psychological advice, and not proof of anything. No important decision should rest on it.
Age
Verdict is for people 18 and over. You confirm your age before your first analysis. If the content you send suggests that one of the people is a minor, the analysis stops and nothing is charged.
What you agree not to do
- Send a conversation you did not take part in.
- Send content involving a minor.
- Use Verdict to monitor, test or trap someone. The service is designed to shed light on your own situation, not to build a case against anyone.
Price and payment
Verdict is sold as two weekly subscriptions, verdicts and message decodings included, renewed automatically until cancelled. On the English version, prices are in US dollars.
- Ten a week, $5.99. Ten analyses, verdicts or message decodings, can be opened per paid week. The counter resets at each renewal.
- Talking about your verdict. Under an opened verdict, you can talk it through with Verdict: without limits on the ten-a-week plan and plans at $5.99 or more, ten messages a day on the others. The conversation isn't kept: it disappears with the tab.
- Five a week, $3.99. Five analyses, verdicts or message decodings, can be opened per paid week. The counter resets at each renewal.
- The one-time verdict, $3.99 until October 17, 2026 and $4.99 after, is no longer offered since October 19, 2026. Analyses already paid for one by one stay openable, and nothing else is charged.
- The weekly $6.99 (ten analyses a week), monthly $16.99 and yearly $69.99 (forty analyses over a rolling thirty days) plans are no longer offered since October 11, 2026. Their subscriptions stay in force on their terms and at their price until cancelled.
- Reopening an analysis already opened uses nothing. Taking a plan on a device that already holds a Verdict subscription stops the latter at the end of the period already paid.
- The Verdicts only, €3.99 per week plan, three verdicts a week without decoding, is no longer offered. Its subscriptions stay in force on their terms until cancelled.
- A subscription keeps the price it was taken out at until it is cancelled: €4.99 for verdicts, €6.99 for verdicts and decodings, when taken out before 4 a.m. Paris time on October 6, 2026. €4.99 subscriptions taken out before that moment keep message decoding until they are cancelled.
- €4.99 subscriptions taken out before October 2, 2026 were sold without a cap: they stay that way until they are cancelled.
- Subscriptions to the Two analyses a week, €2.99 plan taken out before that date stay in force on their terms: two analyses per billing period, reopening an analysis already opened using nothing, until they are cancelled.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Your pass page, at /pass, which opens the management portal in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and access is kept until then. Nothing is charged afterwards.
- Because Verdict doesn't create accounts, the subscription is tied to the browser used for the purchase. A recovery key is shown on the same screen as your verdict, as soon as payment succeeds, with a button to copy it and a written explanation of what you lose without it. Reaching that screen means having seen it.
- If you lose this key, two options exist before anything else: the membership ID on the receipt Whop emails you works in its place, and cancellation is always possible from Whop, with or without the key. You can therefore never be charged without being able to stop it.
- Payments are processed by Whop. Verdict never sees your card.
- Subscriptions taken out before 22 September 2026 are processed by Stripe. They remain in force under the terms of the time, uncapped and at €4.99 per week, until you cancel them. From the /pass page, you can move them to Whop, unlimited at the same price: the Stripe subscription then stops by itself at the end of the week already paid, and is not charged again. Cancellation goes through the same /pass page.
Right of withdrawal
The verdict is digital content supplied immediately. By paying, you request its immediate performance and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. If the service failed and you received nothing, write to us: the payment is refunded.
How long a verdict lasts
A verdict lives in the tab where it was produced. Closing the tab, switching devices or clearing the site's data makes it disappear for good. That is the other side of never storing any verdict on our side.
